We came in for dinner tonight. Our server (Chloe) was never around. We ordered once (4 meats total) and then she never came back. I had to call her at the other side of the other table (far from us). She came and we ordered again & the order never came. I had to look for her again, she came & asked what we ordered (she forgot that we already ordered before). We decided to ask for the check then just leave. Do not recommend to come. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Me and 3 others arrived and got seated which is totally normal but the service is pretty slow. Only time the server comes to your table is when you call them and if you ask a different server who isn't assigned, they'll just ignore you. After having all the meats and soup base brought to the table, a big piece of the ceiling fell down on my head and scattered into pieces and fell on all the food. We then got seated somewhere else and hoping they'll just serve us the same order again without having to ask them but no, we had to ask them to serve the meats which took more time. And this whole process was so exhausting and getting on our nerves. We were there for 3 hours and this was my first time trying Hot pot and wow it was not worth the hype.

Summary: Company is swindling its customers with switching out quality of meat mead meal and intentionally lowers the temps of their grills in an attempt to decrease the amount of food their customers eat. Restaurant was disgusting, found poop on the walls in the bathroom and hair on my broccoli. Please, donβt spend your hard earned money in a place like this. You work hard for that money, donβt give it to people who want to cheat you out of it. Full overly detailed and dramatized retelling of my experience: Let me regale you with a tale of dishonest business practices, disgusting food and poop smeared smiley faces. August 16th will forever be a day I look back on with regret. We arrive at 6:30, utterly famished. I had eaten only a single donut for the day and had been thinking about dinner for hours. My friend was excited to share hot pot with me as I had never been to this style restaurant. We ordered two soups and two barbecues. I dipped a pi

Weβve been here several times and the food is always great. We always get the marinated beef and cook it right at the table. The steamed dumplings are really good. They have some good Soju flavors too. We will be back.
